What the federation is
The national governing body.
One organisation is recognised to govern basketball in Cambodia. This is it.
The Cambodia Basketball Federation — CBF — is the national governing body for basketball in the Kingdom of Cambodia. It is a member of FIBA, the sport's international federation, and of FIBA Asia, its zone. FIBA identifies the federation by the country code CAM, and Cambodia has been affiliated to FIBA since 1958.
That affiliation carries obligations: national teams entered and prepared, a domestic competition structure that runs, coaches and referees licensed to a recognised standard, and clubs affiliated on a register the federation can produce on request. Several of those obligations are not currently being met. Restoring them is the work of this executive.

What we are accountable for
Four pillars.
A national federation exists to do four things properly. We would rather be measured against them than judged on intentions.

Governance
A federation that runs to a published constitution, a real calendar and accounts that add up — the standard FIBA, the NOCC and every sponsor is entitled to expect.

National Teams
Men's, women's and youth programmes with year-round selection, qualified coaching staff and a fixture calendar published in advance — not assembled weeks before a tournament.
- 03
Competition
A national competition structure that runs every season, from provincial and school basketball to a senior domestic league, with results and standings on the public record.
- 04
Development
Licensed coaches, trained referees and affiliated clubs. You cannot build a national team on a foundation that does not exist — so we build the foundation.
The restructure
Three phases, in order.
Each phase is finished before the next is claimed. Nothing here is announced twice, and nothing is announced before it exists.

Establish the record
Constitution, executive register, affiliated-club list and the federation's public record brought up to date — including the FIBA directory entry.
- 02
Rebuild the pathway
Club affiliation reopened, coach and referee licensing restarted, and a published national selection route from youth to senior.
- 03
Return to competition
A national competition calendar that runs every season, and Cambodian teams entered in FIBA Asia and SEABA competition on schedule.
No completion dates appear on this page. The federation has not set them, and publishing a date it cannot hold would be the same failure it is here to correct. Each phase will be reported when it is delivered.

What is not yet published.
A federation website usually carries registers, fixtures and results. Ours does not yet, and we will not fill the space with numbers we cannot stand behind.
Cambodia is unranked in the FIBA world ranking for men, and has yet to qualify for the FIBA Asia Cup or the FIBA Basketball World Cup. Each register below is being rebuilt, and each one is published the day it is complete — not before.
