Three things have to be true of a governing body: someone represents it, someone reforms it, and someone runs it. Those responsibilities are held by named offices, not by the federation in general.

The restructure

Reform is a named responsibility rather than a general intention. Governance, competition structure, club affiliation and the national development pathway are led from this office — which is where questions about the rebuild belong.

The day-to-day running of the federation sits here: administration, the compliance FIBA requires of an affiliated member, and the international correspondence that carries it.
What this page does not state
The federation is not publishing a committee structure, a full executive register or an affiliated-club list it has not ratified. Those are documents, and documents are published when they are signed. This page carries the offices the federation can state today; the rest follows with the constitution.

Naming an executive is the easy half. The harder half is publishing the documents that executive is bound by — and that is the first phase of the restructure, not a later one.
